Flipkart — Product not dispatched even after second escalation | |
Hi team, My name is viknesh dakshinamoorthy. I have ordered the ps4 slim 1tb from your website on 5th aug 2020. My order id : od[protected] The product was initially promised by flipkart to deliver me by 13th aug 2020, but i didn't received my product so contacted the customer support team they escalated my issue and promised me that the issue will be resolved by 20th aug 2020, and today is 20th aug 2020 and the product is still not delivered. I contacted your support team again this morning and the actually don't know the status, for all my questions they have just one same answer as "we understand your concern sir, your issue as been again escalated and our backend team is working on that please wait for 24-48 hrs and your issue will be resolved" Please be consider this as my final friendly complaint from me.. And resolve the issue within 3 days (Your team asked me 24-48 and am offering one more day) Was this information helpful? | |
