[Resolved] Flipkart — product not picked up for the past 15 days | |||
Hi, Am abhi and one of the user on flipkart i bought the Asian running shoes and the seller name is asianshoe. The product is not up to the mark so i want to return the product. I initiated the return of my order (Order id: od[protected] on mar 05, 2019. The next day scheduled to return (Return id:[protected]) the product on mar 07, 2019. The process is failed by flipkart team. After i spoke the customer care then rescheduled the process to mar 15, 2019, with return id[protected]. Now the date is mar 20, 2019. Till now i didn't get any call/email/message from flipkart. See these kinds of irresponsible behaviour of flipkart. How they are doing the business to give like fake commitments and false assurances to the customers. Please help us to resolve the issue and thanks in advance. Was this information helpful? | |||

I ordered Redmi note 7 pro on 20 march from Flipkart but my order was cancelled by seller instantly after my order is approved.I want a strict action against it and a solution of it.
