[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not received after complaint | |||
I had ordered a Lenovo K3 note in the flash sale on 29th July. I have complained customer care with complained no.[protected] for priority delivery of my order number is OD[protected] placed at 3:01 p.m IST time. So the product is supposed to be delivered by 30th. After checking the status online and finding out that the product is still not packed yet, I called up the customer service number. I was told by an executive who told me to call after 2 hours. when I called after 2 hours Mr. Mayuresh attened my call and told that they have already informed the retailer that is WS Retail Pvt. Ltd. to ship the item on priority.The status of the order till now on 31st July remains same as "Wed, 29th Jul 03:58 pm Item has been confirmed by the seller " Not received the product yet. There is no escalation matrix for Flipkart to handle customers complaint. They are incapable of conducting a sale for the mobile because without any prior notice they changed my expected delivery date to 6th Aug 2015 where as while placing order it was 5th Aug 2015 and their website did not allow to opt for Next day delivery. WS Retail is just a fraud company incapable of disposing 50000 handsets sold in that day sale. Please look into this matter let me get my product as soon as possible. I have been harassed by the customer care person Pradeep Kishore today from flipkart. He has cancelled my order without any cancellation request. This is really crossed limit how much a customer can bear. Please take strict action against flipkart for the same. you can listen to recorded conversation where I have never ever asked to cancel my order. I have purchsed this item in sale after waiting for more than a month which they spoiled.

I am also facing the same problem (Order No: OD[protected]. Placed the order on 29th July for Lenovo K3 Note, Black. It is supposed to deliver on next day but they have given 3rd Aug as expected Delivery Date. All of a sudden they changed the expected delivery date as 6th Aug. 6th Aug is an expectation. Lenovo guys loosing their reputation due to inefficiency of Flipkart / WS Retail. Flipkart customer care executives also careless to talk to customers and simply advising to cancel the order. worst experience with flipkart.
