[Resolved] Flipkart — product not received but get a product delivered confirmation message from flipkart | |||
I ordered a hp memory card from flipkart on 20, november, 2019. On 22nd, november i get a message on my phone that my product is delivered. After that i check on flipkart app which shows product is on the way. Then i contact flipkart customer care, they told me to wait for 24 hours. After 24 hours, i again called them regarding my product delivery. They told me that, they will file a complain and i will get my resolution before 27th november. In this period i call them many times but they said that i have to wait till 27th november. On 28th november, i call them again and ask about resolution they again said that i have to wait for 24 hours more. Again after 24hours i call them and they said wait again for 24 hours. I also talk with their seniors but all of them giving false promises, 2 times they disconnected my call after hold. Today is 4, december, 2019 and still i neither received my product nor my refund. Customer care executive told me that they have no updated information regarding my complain. And when i get call from their consent team, they also give false promises but i can't get any resolution till date. I faced mental harassment because of this issue. And i also take two day unpaid leave from my job because their customer care executive told me that wish master will meet me on 27th november or 28 november. But i only get calls from there delivery service, and they also give false promises that my product will delivered within 24 hours. My order id is - od[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 7, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I got a call from flipkart team. After 48hours I got my refund. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 05, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.

You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. | |||
