I Have Ordered a Samsung Smart Tv of Rs.13499/= From Flipkart Order Id : OD[protected] on 8th Feb 2020 . but not delivered till now i have call customer care many times but they don't saying any thing always giving a new date when i first contact them they said that because of corana virus situation the delivery are getting late and now they said that product is missing so I told that please give me refund or Delivered my order .

Please Help me Out

The seller has processed the refund of Rs.13499 for order ID: OD[protected] on Nov 14, 2020 and should have reflected in your bank account by Nov 17, 2020. Request you to note down the ARN:[protected]. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.
