Kind Attention, I Have Ordered a Samsung Smart Tv of Rs.13499/= From Flipkart Order Id : OD[protected] on 8th Feb 2020 . but not delivered till now i have call customer care many times but they don't saying any thing always giving a new date when i first contact them they said that because of corana virus situation the delivery are getting late and now they said that product is missing so I told that please give me refund or Delivered my order . Nov 27, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved very very thanks to flipkart and consumer cmplaints.in that they solved my problem and refund my money Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. The seller has processed the refund of Rs.13499 for order ID: OD[protected] on Nov 14, 2020 and should have reflected in your bank account by Nov 17, 2020. Request you to note down the ARN:[protected]. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.
