[Resolved] Flipkart — product not received still showing delivery | |||
I have ordered Sansui smart TV and my delivery was to done by 2 Oct they didn't even contact me and the tracking is showing product delivered I filed complain to the centre about 12 times and asked for the logistics contact no but they are neither giving the no . Nor sending another peice .I want the product .And they are neither have a talk to their higher authority if they can't satisfy their customers they should close the company and not to waste time and money of people Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Dec 27, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the product is delivered. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
