[Resolved]  Flipkart — product not received. wrongly invoiced.

Dear sir/madam,

My name is arun. [protected]@gmail.com is my flipkart email address and contact number is [protected]. One of my order is not received yet. But status shows delivered. I have ordered 3 pairs of asian captain shoes from same seller on 10 th jully 2020. I received email that shows 3 order of asian shoes is shipping with ecom express with one courior pack (3 order in same pack). Tracking id is[protected]. On july 18 package delivered to me. There are (Two pairs) 2 orders only in the courior pack. But seller mentioned 3 orders in invoice on the courior cover. One pair of shoes missing.

I have asked customer support and refund created twice. But seller rejected my requests. I need proper solution for this. I have called customer support many times but taking refund request and rejecting same day.

My order id = od[protected]

1. Asian captain-06 running shoes = missing
2. Asian ipl-03 running shoes = received
3. Asian captain-03 running shoes = received

Seller packed 2 shoes and invoiced 3 shoes. This is cheating.

I have attched photos of the courior i received. Only two shoes are there. Packing is not professional manner. I want solution for this. I am plus customer. Geniuenly i am shopping. You can verify my earliest orders and transactions. This kind of fault are not acceptable. Should be corrected.
