[Resolved]  Flipkart — product not received since 25 days

Hi team,

Its been a very frustrating and time consuming dealing with the problem i am facing with flipkart. I had ordered for a product order no.- od[protected] dated 4th oct 2019 but yet i havent recieved the product and no information was displayed on the flipkart app as well. Flipkart has charged me for the product and promised to deliver by 6th october 2019 but has failed to do so and i feel cheated and going through mental agony because of this. I have tried contacting flipkart but its been of no help.

We are sorry to let you know that your order for the product Syska HT3052K/02 Runtime: 50 min Trimmer for Men has been cancelled by Logistic due to unforeseen reasons. We request you to place a fresh order.

However, the seller has completed the refund on 18 Nov 2019 and it should be reflecting in credit card by 06 Nov 2019.

I ordered 13 oct and esteemed delivery date 23rd oct but till 22 nd oct it would not packed, very funny delivery policy.

I purchase some goods in Flipkart big billion day sales on 29th Sep 2019
They accepted all orders and they start cancelling one by one after 15 days.

Out of 5 orders they cancelled 2 already.

Is this really a productive sales or they are just bluffing with the customers.
