[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not shipped on time | |||
I ordered iPhone 12 ORDER ID OD[protected] it's not yet shipped. the tracking status is stagnant. do ship ASAP. else let me know I can cancel it and go for amazon where they ship quickly. Flipkart doesn’t show the complete information where my product reach I ordered iPhone on 5 October and today is 14th October still haven’t got my product in my hand I already paid money for this product I am a Flipkart consumer but every time Flipkart has been disappointed me with his service customer care service is also poor they are not audible I mean cmon ma your in 2021 please give great service to the customer. hope you can help me some way as this important for me Was this information helpful? | |||

They are showing my product arriving on 18th October 2021 app doesn't showing any updates. I ordered iPhone 12 fromflipkart its already 17 days delayed and not ship yet. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 15, 2021 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
