Flipkart — product ordered and paid amount but product cancelled and the amount sent back without proper reason | |||
Respect Sir/Madam, On 20th oct 2014 I HAD PLACED ORDER FOR ASUS ZENFONE 5 FOR CASH ON DELIVER, BUT I DID NOT GET ANY CONFIRMATION CALL. AFTER THAT ON 21st OCT 2014 AGAIN PLACED THE SAME ORDER ON SBI DEBIT CARD FOR 10% CASH BACK. THE ORDER WAS BOOKED AND THE AMOUNT WAS DEBITED FROM THE ACCOUNT. BUT ON 22nd OCT 2014 WE GET A CALL FOR CONFIRMATION THE PERSON WAS RECEIVED AND CONFORMED IT BUT THE ORDED SBI DEBIT CARD WAS CANCELLED AND CASH ON DELIVER ORDER WAS CAME TO THE ADDRESS. PLS SOLVE MY PROBLE I NEED THE SBI DEBIT CARD ORDER BECAUSE THE AMOUNT WICH WAS LOSS I HAVE TO PAY TO MY FRIEND Was this information helpful? | |||
