Flipkart — Product Ordered Using Credit Card and Autocanceled | |||||
Ordered product (Redmi 3S) was ordered in a flash sale and was available on the pincode 302026. The payment was done using credit card. The order was accepted on 9th November and was to be delivered by 12th November, 2016. I have received messages that the product will be delivered on 11th Nov, 2016. I didn't receive any calls and the order was canceled. Other people receive deliveries from flipkart on the same pin code. If the product is available on the pin code, why cant they deliver or if they can't deliver, how is the product available on the pin code? It was a prepaid order and Flipkart needs to understand that they can't play with customer's emotions. When I was promised delivery on the address, it has to be fulfilled.
