[Resolved] Flipkart — product refund and return related issue | |||
I had purchased syska untra trim ht800 trimmer on 6th may 2019 through pay later scheme, the estimated delivery time was 2 days, but the product not delivered till 10th may, later on i had cancelled the order on 10th may, for which i got the confirmation mail also, but on 13th of may 2019 flipkart forcefully delivered the product at my address on 13th of may. After doing multiple complaints flipkart not taking the product back and harassing me pay the product amount. This product is still lying at my home in company packed condition. Flipkart is not taking the product back and harassing me on daily basis to pay the amount and threating me that they will take legal action against me if i will not pay the amount.
