[Resolved] Flipkart — product replacement/refund | |||||
I am writing this mail in regards to my product whose details Are given below: Product name : lenovo k6 power (Gold, 32 gb) Product id : od[protected] The product is ordered under the name of sunita. The product was damaged when left for charging. The phone has heating Issues as well and the screen is cracked. I requested for a replacement Within due time but all i am getting is excuses from your lame and good for Nothing staff. The customer care team told me that they will send a Technician to visit and do the needful while the technician named naveen Said he can't do anything if the product is physically damaged. He was Indicating that i damaged the product on my own. If i really wanted to do So i would have requested a refund rather than a replacement. All my Requests are going to deaf ears and i am really not happy about it. If you Don't resolve my issue, i am going to take the issue to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||||
