[Resolved]  Flipkart — product return issue from flipkart

I bought a product from your company and its order no.-id[protected]. I got this order pn 3-8-2017. This pro5is not the same product which is shown in the picture of flipkart. After this issue i tried to return it but the return request was cancelled by you. I called you many time regarding thus issue and also sent some mails too but i didn't get my kind of response which can satisfy me. You have also blocked my account.
So, i request you to resovle my problem as soon as possible.
