[Resolved] Flipkart — product returned but refund not issued since 20 days | |||||
Order id : od[protected] I have purchased a philips sound bar on 26th feb 2018 in flipkart, Product got delivered on 2nd march 2018, When i opened the package there was just old dvd player instead of speakers without any brand box, I requested for return on 2nd march 2018 evening, Return pick up was successfully done on 3rd march 2018 morning at 10 am, To my surprise on 3rd march at around 9 pm i got a text message, your return pick up was rejected due to missing items, On 4th march i called customer care on toll free no and explained everything to them as pick up was done yesterday, Sent many emails and called many times to them till date but my issue has not solved nor i got my refund, I look forward your support into this. Verified Support May 26, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint related to delivered product is different. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as per update from seller right product has been delivered to him and we will not able to help much on this. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
