[Resolved] Flipkart — Product undelivered facing issue to locate | |||||
Hi Team, I have ordered redmi note 4 on flipkart as per product traking the product is moving on many ekart offices but nobody called for delivery or any information when can be delivered. As per expected date it should be delivered on 21 April but still not delivered. I have called customer care but they are giving suggestions as cancel this product and go to sale again and purchase another. I got lucky after a month for this phone sel l product is in pune moving different address but still no delivery. This ekart courier service is very poor they dont have any information on website to contact them. I want my product asap I have paid amount aslo. Got below msg but still not delivered Delivery Scheduled: Redmi Note 4 (Gold 64 GB) with tracking ID FMPP[protected] from flipkart.com, will be delivered today.
