The product I ordered on Dec 4 was delivered on 19th Dec which is highlighted as a delay and the product doesn't even gets switched on . The order ID is OD[protected]. Please make sure the flipkart has assured products or do you provide such a poor service ? I would like to hear a solution from on a cash refund or produce exchange ASAP.
