[Resolved] Flipkart — product was not delivered... od[protected]

Hello team,
I didn't receive the product intex 12500 mah power bank (Od[protected].
The delivery guy called me on 21-10-18, but i didn't pick up the call, after some time i got message that my order is delivered which i couldn't check as i was busy. How can delivery guy deliver it without my concern? The next day i checked the message but when i came and check in my hostel the next day, i couldn't find the package. Really disappointed with flipkart. I've written so many emails to flipkart with query (In[protected] but no response from flipkart. Pretty much disappointed with flipkart. With this flipkart has lost a loyal customer. I need this to be solved as soon as possible.
