[Resolved] Flipkart — Products purchased at deal price returned from flipkart logistics | |||||
Hi I purchased 6 Saris to gift to my wife at a very high discount during the deals running on Flipkart. Out of these 2 were delivered to me and 3 were returned to seller from Flipkart Logistics and 1 was cancelled by the seller. My concern is that on contacting the Flipkart Customer support, I am getting unsatisfactory answers. Also, the CCE "Priyadarshini Samal" is very rude and arrogant. Due to the error from Flipkart logistics side I suffered a loss of the products at a discounted price and now they are saying me to order on the regular price which is very high then the price at which I purchased. This is directly referring that the Flipkart is making fool of customers as they kept money of various customers for a duration till cancellation and then getting interest over that amount. Customers are the one who faced the loss in this no one else. I want serious action to be taken for this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We assure you that feedback has been shared with the courier partner and they'll do their best to make sure that you don't experience this again. I regret to inform you that, once the order is cancelled we don't have an option to re-instate the order. If you like, you may place a fresh order for the items and we'll have it delivered to you this time. However, the price, offers and discounts for products vary from time to time and are valid only for a certain period. This largely depends on sellers and we suggest that you place an order immediately to avail any offer you see on an item you like.

I received a completely broken cream bottle of glass so I threw away and told to Flipkart the response was no refund my money waß just wasted
