[Resolved] Flipkart — providing defective mobile | |||
My name is arpit srivastava, mobile : [protected], i ordered a real me 2 pro of rs. 11990 from flipkart order id od[protected]. I was delivered a defective mobile when i asked for refund, they cancelled everytime i lodged a refund request without any reason, then i called them there customer service is so bad they even cut my phone when asked for refund. Then another day they blocked my account on flipkart. Means these frauds did it without providing any good reason. Please get my refund back, my financial status is not so good to have this loss. Verified Support Apr 01, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response customer has raised the concern with regards to the defective product and account has been freezed as we have interacted with the team and account has been unfreezed and informed customer technician visit will be arranged to rectify the issue but customer is not ready to listen as he needs refund so denied the request hence closing the complaint from our end. | |||

आँ क्र.[protected] या आँ.क्र नुसार ईनव्हाईस नं.FAA 5ZU[protected] नुसार आपण जे माबाईल चे IMEI नं दिलेले आहे ते आपण पाठविलेल्या mi 6Aमोबाईल सोबत मँच होत नाही ईनव्हाईस वरचे व मोबाईल चे IMEI नं चेंज आहे.माझ्यावर काहीही संकट आले तर यास कोण जबाबदार राहील.त्यामुळे मला खुप संकटांशी सामना करावा लागत आहे.मानसीक त्रास सहन करावा लागत आहे.मी syska कंपनी ची पावर बँक मागवली तर मला MI ची आली तीपण duplicate तीची किंमत 200रु पण नाही आपण अशा चुका करणार तर अशाने आपल्या कंपणीकडुन कोणीही order करणार नाही आणी या नंतर मी तर कधीच order करणार नाही hi is a bad company
