[Resolved] Flipkart — Purchase Smart Phone: Product dead after 3 months o[censored]se. | |||
My order ID with Flipkart is OD[protected]. Purchase of Motorola G Smartphone. I bought this product from company in February 2015, the product was completely dead after 3 months. I did a lot of followups by phone as option for complain or product review section is not yet enabled till date and no action has been taken by the company. I also went to nearest service center at Netaji Subhash Place new Delhi, they were unable to help and ask me to contact the seller as product is still in warranty. I paid Rs. 13089 and now I am thinking that this was complete waste of my money. Any one please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
