[Resolved] Flipkart — Purchased hisense tv on no cost emi through flipkart but they did not converted in into emi | |
Hello, On 17th Oct 2021 I purchased 55 inch LED android television from flipkart. I purchased this TV using no cost emi offered by flipkart. Mode of purchase was through credit card of ICICI. But next day I found that whole product amount is getting shown as outstanding in my credit card statement. This amount was Rs 42694/- . On 18th Oct 2021, I wrote mail to flipkart grievance officer seeking clarification as how this happened. They promised me to call on 19th Oct and reply me by 20th Oct eod. But they neither called me nor replied me by eod of 20th Oct. I feel completely cheated by this act of flipkart. They are not converting product cost to emi as what I selected on their app. I have attached screeshot for your reference. Was this information helpful? | |
