ORDER # OD[protected] Loreal lipstick complaint product is not original, not genuine, quality is bad as it's causing itching and smelling bad. It's dry, stick and causing itching in lips but original ones(3 in number) that i am having suits to my lips. I am not going to keep this pirated product. Accept the return of product I am 100% sure that it's original lipstick. you can see clearly in the pictures that lipstic is broken and see the material difference.I was really not expecting such a fake product from flipkart end.big hole(hollow) is found inside lipstick, you can see that clearly in pictures. Kindly refund my money back.Otherwise i will send this lipstick for testing or you can also send them for verification and testing at your end. Product was delivered on Fri, 15th May'15 but ithis was the 4th time i am using this lipstick.you cant sell such products to customers.
