I have buyed va realme2 pro phone from flipkart under buy back gurantee and an insurance also. Later after 10 month i want to purchase a new phone of realme3 pro but my phone exchange of realme2 pro rejected for have a small dot on back side of the phone for that the wishlist master disagree to take my phone back.
