[Resolved] Flipkart — Realme8 5G Mobile | |
I purchased #Realme8_5G on 17th June. On 19th June, I got to know that there is a feature in call recording function of mobile which clearly send a msg to the caller that " this call is being recorded. " as privacy concern no one can bear this for which I raised a complaint on flipkart and realme also to resolve the said issue or refund my amount. Flipkart assured me that they will take care of my complain & will provide a resolution. They appointed a Technician 2 times but issue could not be resolved. I made complaint more than 50 times But they closed it every time by saying that issue resolved. Flipkart told me to contact Realme & Realme told me to contact Google. Everyone harassed me but i paid to Flipkart so they should help me but they just wasted my only. The specifications they provided on their app are clearly mismatched. As per specifications phone has Step Tracker but there is no such thing. They did not specify that phone send msg to caller regarding call recording. I'm still waiting for any kind of resolution. Jul 7, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved They are updating fake information again and again but issue still not resolved. No one is registering my complaint. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
