[Resolved] Flipkart — Received a box with the item missing. CS not replying at all | |||
This complaint is vide Order ID OD[protected] which I placed on 2 March 2017. I received the packet on 8 march. when I opened the packet, it only had a box with nothing inside it. Placed 3 complaints eveytime told to wait for 24 hours and nobody replies. Also, my phone is a bit malfunctioned at the moment so if Flipkart wishes to contact me, I request to contact me via email on [protected]@gmail.com I need a complete refund at the earliest. also this was my first time experience with a NON FLIPKART ASSURED Product. Mar 10, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart CS team refunded me the money I paid for the order. It was a little late than expected but better late than never. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 14, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Issue is addressed and resolved
