[Resolved] Flipkart — received a refurbished device and phone slow motion video was worst. | |||||
We buy 2 nokia 6.1 plus device. One device is used one and another device slow motion video was very worst. I raised complaint regarding both phones. For refurbish phone they ask me to courier back - no one is receiving courier on flipkart warehouse. 2nd phone they arrange tech and tech confirm issue for slow motion video and he update flipkart guy will pick phone. I called multiple times flipkart customer care they also inform that we will receive call from backed but we never received call from backend team. Was this information helpful? | |||||
