[Resolved] Flipkart — received damaged lenovo k8 plus

I ordered my lenovo k8 plus on 19th july 2018 and i got it on 25th july. As i ordered for my sisters birthday so i didn't opened it for 30th july. And to wrap it in gift box i opened seal of box which got from flipkart then i found mobile back panel was damaged and even internal wires connections are also damaged.

I started return request from 31st july 2018, but till now every day flipkart calls me and taking information abut damaged product and on every night indirectly cancelled my request.

Who gives right to flipkart to irritate me like this???

Who gives right to seller to steal my 8999 rs??

I totally helpless, can't understand what to do now??

Today is last day of return policy and they # still not given me any updation on it?

Flipkart have to review this, its not like they have constitutional rights to do this??

This is totally against law??

What they thinked im common man?? Is this so they won't responce my request??

Now if i didnt get my refund i will files fir against seller and flipkart.

FROM VERY FIRSTDAY I SHOUTED THAT MY BACK PANEL WAS MISSING, INTERNAL CONNECTIONS LOST,

SO WHATS SHOULD YOU TECHNICAL TEAM DO IN THIS CASE FROM UNKNOWN PLACE TO MY PLACE .

IF FLIPKART DON'T WANT TO REFUND ME THEN TELL ME SAME DON'T IRRITATE ME WITH DAILY CALL IM NOT CHEAP GUY LIKE YOU TO EXPLAIN EVERYDAY MY ISSUE.

SO IF YOU WANT TO GIVE ME REFUND START TOWARDS ME ELSE TELL ME SAME
that you didn't have that much capacity to refund my money.

i will left my HARD OWNED MONEY 8999 TO FLIPKART CEO TOWARDS GIFT,

BUT FROM TODAY I DON'T NEED SINGLE CALL FROM URS END ELSE I REALLY FILES COMPLAINTS AGAINST FLIPKART FOR UNUSUAL SERVICE CALL

Flipkart Customer Care's response Interacted with the cusotmer on [protected] about the same concern, informed the customer we got the approval from the respective team to process the return, however, cusotmer stated he has no issues with the product and want to keep the same. Hence, closing the case.
