[Resolved] Flipkart — received dead battery for galaxy note 4. unable to return/refund | |||||
Regarding order number : od[protected] Got the galaxy note 4 battery product as defective from the seller rg traders from flipkart. Worked for 1 week with fast draining, and then completely dead. Crossed 10 days replacement period. No resolve in issue. When i check for 30 days service center warranty. Samsung service center says not eligible for the service (Bengaluru-indiranagar service center). Since there are no proper details related to battery on invoice bill. So whom should i blame now. Its already 20 days crossed. Pathetic services and products from flipkart. I need my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
