[Resolved] Flipkart — Received defective/wrong product | |||||
I ordered a product Aspir Tempered Glass Guard for Lenovo Phab2 for my mobile Lenovo Phab 2 on 16-May-2017 on Flipkart. It got delivered today on 22-May-2017. I opened the box and just checked it's size before applying it on my mobile's screen. I found that it is small in size. I tried to return it on Flipkart, but it is showing no return policy. I am seeing similar review also for it's size issue. I approached customer care in this regard, but got very negative answer that they are unable to process it for return or exchange. I understand about return policy on such products. But this product is defective, I have not even used it. It is a kind of fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 24, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved This issue has been resolved. I had raised this same complain over their portal. They responded and resolved the issue. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
