[Resolved] Flipkart — received different product and account has blocked | |||
I have purchased only one product that to redmi not 7 pro and when i have recieved this product on 10th may after a few days i have noticed that speaker was not working properly so i asked for replacement and the replacement was accepted but after receiving the product on the date of 25th and box seal was broken and tye product was not an redmi note 7 pro so immediately i spoken with the executive shivani and raised a return request and next day ie 26th may it was rejected by the seller and again same day i have contacted the executive and explained the same issue and he raised a complaint at same day evening i have recieved a mail from customer support naveen kumar saying that your account had been blocked bcz of high no return in your purchase history but i have purchased only one product in my account that to received a different product and they are saying high no of return this is shown that they are cheating the people's and after if they're raised any queries without informing they will block tha account if tried calling they will not answer.
