Hi, I have received a faulty item for my order OD[protected]. I had raised a return request on yesterday and I was expecting call from technical team for defective confirmation as per the intimation given by Flipkart customer care. I didn't got any call on scheduled times and got message as schedule is postponed for a third time. It looks like, no one is concerned about my issue. Requesting some urgent interventions... Verified Support Jul 10, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complains stating he received a defective handset and we have still not received a call back from our technical team. However, we see that a scheduled call back is already arranged from our technical team today evening. So closing the case.
