[Resolved] Flipkart — received the product of a cheap company instead of 'sparx'

I made an order for sparx men black sandals on 29 december 2017 (Order id : od[protected]. I got the delivery on 2 january 2018. But the package carried the sandals of a company called 'crystal'. It was not the 'sparx' sandals i ordered. I want the original product or a refund. Also i need answers to the inconvenience i had faced.

i same struggle and flipkart block my account without Refund or Replacement .
As i purchase a Reebok shoes Rs 7000 but i recived diffrent Rebok size and colour Also price rs3500 only .

hope your account is working but dont Re complaint otherwise you will blocked .

no considering after complaint in social media/consumer care .
