[Resolved] Flipkart — received wrong and used mobile in place of ordered one. | |
I had ordered lg g7 thinq 64 gb in diwali sale on my office colleague's address, he has been a flipkart user since so many years. When he opened the brown delivery cardbox box, he saw that there is no lg g7 thinq box but a micromax canvas bleu box and inside it there is as old iphone 6s with local charger. My order number and incident number is od[protected] [incident: in[protected]]. I sent atleast 10 email to them but they are no resolving the issue. The seller omitechretail has sold this product, and i see a lot of complaints against this seller in social media. I would like flipkart to return my money or quickly replace the product, as they are not replying to emails at all. I have sent all pictures and email correspondences to their escalation team, support team, grievance team, but again no one is helping. I assume the order id and incident id is enough for them here to track the issue. Was this information helpful? | |
