[Resolved]  Flipkart — received wrong item

We ordered oriflame cream of rs. 1564...
But the one that arrived is of cheaper rate. I. E of rs 1300...
And we were charged the earlier one and even there is no return option in it... We will be happy even if you replace it with the original order...
Pl try to make sure from next time that product u are sending is right
And pl replace the product or refund our money...
If not then we will think thrice before buying a product from you...
Hope that u soon see to this and take proper action and don't disappoint me...

We have interacted with the customer and apologized on receiving the different product. Our seller has confirmed that the replacement has already been provided to the customer and it is delivered on 20th January 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
