[Resolved] Flipkart — Received wrong product from flipkart | |||||
On 29 of march i recieved a wrong product.. My order item id was[protected] gionee p7 max mobile of rs12054/-,, but i recieved a wrong product by order item id as [protected] g-five mobile of rs.500/-,,, i have already paid and from 20 days my problem is not been rectified,,, flipkart told they will replace it in 7 days but still they have not done it,, allready 20days over Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Apr 21, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Internal investigation is going on, once the investigation is done, the further action will be taken and internal follow-up will be made for the same.
