[Resolved] Flipkart — Received wrong product Sonata instead of Fastrack | |||||
I purchased a Fastrack 6204SL02 Basics Analog Watch and Flipkart sent me Sonata men's watch instead. When I reported this to flipkart, they asked me to send my documents (Aadhar card and pictures of item received). I did what they wanted. Since then, they keep rejecting my request whenever I raise return. When I contact them, they're giving me different excuses everytime and cancelling my return request without giving me any reason. I've been chasing them for about more then a half month now. The customer service and their managers are not helping at all and treating me like a fool. I'm left out with an item I never ordered and company is not ready to take the responsibility. Please check the attachments to find what item was ordered, what was received, the order ID, Status of return and the number of times company rejected the request.
