[Resolved] Flipkart — Recevied Fake Micromax Battery Canavas A116 | |||
Order ID OD[protected] I had booked on line Micromax batter Canavas A116 for Rs.428 during 1st week of Jan 2015 which worked only for 10 days. It is not working and then I took it to MICROMAX Service Center in Bangalore and they confirmed that what I received Micromax Battery Canarava A116 is fake. When I complaint to Flipkart Customer Care and they confirm that we have to complaint within10 days and the time limit is over now. I got battery which worked maximum 15 days and it is not working and is a fake battery. How to believe FLIPKART for genuniness of items ? When I contacted customer care he said he cannot help since 10 days is over from the date of order. HOW CUSTOMER CAN BELIEVE FLIPKART FOR GENUNINITY PRODUCTS FOR ONE LINE PURCHASES ? Verified Support Feb 06, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he claims he bought the Micromax battery and after 10 days battery stopped working and he went to service center and checked they said its fake product. Informed customer that will do refund and sent email asking for bank details. Once customer come back will initiate for refund.
