Flipkart — Redmi 2 prime not replaced | |||||
Hi!!! I'm feeling very bad to write this mail, thanks to the service u provided. I'm loyal customer of flip-kart but u have always cheated with me u can see my orders. I have purchased redmi 2 prime mobile, right from i got it was something wrong with it. It was getting hotand having battery issue i have noticed this frequently i had called customer care ex. I have requested 3 times for return the phone but u people rejected it, now the phone has stopped working and its completely dead now u say its beyond 28 days but u even didn't replaced in 28 days of delivery also though i have requested 3 times. Its very pathetic thing u don't care ur loyal customers. This has happened previously also and its making me very furious and forcing me to take legal action against u. I have support from consumer forum and social media. Please think carefully and do the rest. I wont say anything now.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
