Flipkart — Redmi 3s died after one month. Later discovered that IMEI sticker on battery and MI stickers on screws missing. Replacement fraud case.

I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi 3s from Flipkart on 31/9/16 and received it on 3/9/16.

On 27/9/16 it suddenly went dead for no reason. I was not able to switch it on or charge it or do anything else as the phones cover is non-user removable. The phone had full charge. But it switched on again after 6 hours. I ignored it thinking it was a normal smartphone problem.
Then on 19/10/16 it happened again. This time it was irresponsive for 24 hours. I ignored it again.
Then finally on 22/10/16 it happened again. This time it was completely gone. No charging. Power key does not respond. Completely dead.
There was no damage to the phone in my ownership. I even spent extra 700 rs for cover and tempered glass. I took very good care of it.
This is a case of fraud where the phones back cover was opened and new hardware replaced with old or fake hardware before coming to customers ownership. The phone stopped working after one month. It is completely dead. It does not recharge. It does not switch on at all.
On 24/10/16 I took it to authorised Mi service centre in Indiranagar, 100 ft road Bangalore. There they opened the phone for the first time ever in my ownership. They said warranty was invalid as the IMEI sticker on the back and the small MI stickers on the screws on the back are both missing!! Under my ownership the phone was never opened except in the authorised Mi service centre at Indiranagar 100 ft road. I never gave the phone for third party service. So where did the stickers go? Why is my phone not working? Obviously someone had tampered with the device before it came to me and replaced the new hardware with old ones. In that process the stickers would have gone missing. So this is Flipkarts responsibility as the phone was tampered with before it came to me. The IMEI sticker is supposed to be on the battery on this phone model. But it was not there the first time the phone was opened. The Mi service centre is not able to give free service or give a job sheet or any other statement as this IMEI sticker is missing. They even showed me another Redmi 3s which had the IMEI sticker on the battery but my redmi 3s does not have it.
The MI service centre won’t give free service due to those IMEI sticker and MI stickers on the screws missing. They are asking for 150Rs for checking itself. And if the motherboard is not working then they will charge more which may go upto thousands of rupees. I received the phone with proper packaging and the box seal was not broken but the phone was tampered somehow before it came to me.
I already made complaints to Flipkart many times but they are not giving satisfactory response. I as the customer am not responsible for receiving a tampered product. Flipkart should take complete responsibity for this and replace the device or refund me.
I sent a complaint to Flipkart on 24/10/16 itself. On 28/10/16 someone from Flipkart called asking for a jobsheet from MI service centre. The same day I went for that. The service centre refused to give a jobsheet as the phones IMEI sticker is not there. It is the MI company policy. Even the phone does not switch on at all so it is completely not possible to get IMEI proof on the phone. They did not accept the box or the bill at all. They again asked me to complain to Flipkart. Even the manager spoke with me this time with and stressed that I keep complaining to Flipkart and even he told that this is a case of replacement fraud.
On 31/10/16 someone from MI called me and asked to visit the service centre again and that he’ll call at that time to talk with the people in the service centre. He never called again and I’m not able to call him back!
Then on 3/11/16 someone from Flipkart called me and gave some number which he said was customer complaint no. I went to service center again hoping for a solution but But the service centre people again said they are completely helpless as the IMEI sticker is not there in the back!!!
STOP SENDING ME TO THE MI SERVICE CENTER!!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT???? THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO HELP AT ALL AS THE IMEI STICKER IS NOT THERE IN THE BACK AND THE PHONE IS NOT SWITCHING ON!!! HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD I EXPLAIN THIS TO YOU GUYS??? THIS IS A PURE FRAUD CASE OF SOMEONE REPLACING NEW HARDWARE AND TAMPERING WITH THE PHONE BEFORE IT CAME TO ME!!! FLIPKART SHOULD TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILTY FOR THIS!!
IT HAS BEEN 12 DAYS SINCE I COMPLAINED FOR THE FIRST TIME! I HAVE GONE TO THE MI SERVICE CENTER FOR 4 TIMES TILL NOW. YOU HAVE MADE ME ROAM AROUND AND WASTE MY TIME!! YOU PEOPLE ARE TESTING MY PATIENCE! IS THIS A JOKE TO YOU? IT’S NOT MY FAULT I RECEVED A FRAUD TAMPERED DEVICE!! I DON’T CARE WHETHER THE 10 DAY REPLACEMENT TIME IS OVER!!! SELLING A TAMPERED FRAUD PHONE AND THEN TELLING ME THAT TIME IS OVER IS COMPLETELY UNFAIR.
IF YOU THINK THE PHONE STOPPED WORKING BECAUSE OF ME THEN WHERE ARE THE STICKERS? THE PHONE NEVER EVER GOT DAMAGED IN MY POSSESION AND IT WAS NEVER GIVEN FOR THIRD PARTY REPAIRING! I TOOK IT STRAIGHT TO THAT AUTHORISED MI SERVICE CENTER AFTER IT STOPPED WORKING!!!
IF I COMLPAIN TO FLIPKART I GET SENT TO MI SERVICE CENTER AND WHEN I GO TO MI SERVICE CENTER THEY ASK ME TO COMPLAIN TO FLIPKART AGAIN!!! ARE YOU GUYS PLAYING WITH ME?
THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM YOU OR ANY ONLINE SHOPPING WEBSITE! YEAH THAT’S RIGHT!!! FIRST TIME!!! AND YOU GUYS DO THIS!! I SWEAR I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN FROM YOU FLIPKART!!! I PURCHASED ALL MY PHONES FROM SMALL SHOPS AND I THEY SERVED ME FOR YEARS!!!
PLEASE REFUND THE MONEY AND TAKE THE PHONE AWAY OR AT LEAST REPLACE THE PHONE WITH A NEW ONE!!!
