Flipkart — Redmi 3s prime | |||||
I am order a Redmi 3s prime on big billion day 3rd October. My order id is OD[protected]. I received my phone on 14th at around 7:30 pm. I opened the box on next day and get the set out for charging and put the set on charge. When the charge getting started the mobile getting hot more and more can't be touch.after charged was 100% I am trying to start the phone but the phone not started . I file a complaint against this on 18th Oct and wants to refund against this product. They assure me to pickup the phone latest by 22nd, then 23 then 24 then 26 then I call again and wants to replace about the product because this was offered set if I want to buy again I shall be paid more but they denied. And promised me to received the set by 31 st. They also fail that commitment. I want immediate solution to replace my product as early as possible. They have 10 days replacement policy.
