[Resolved] Flipkart — Redmi 3s prime mobile defect | |||||
Hi team, I have purchased a Redmi 3s prime gold colour mobile phone from flipkart. The order no is OD[protected]. It was delivered on 7th Nov 16 but just after using it for 1 month, it has got 3 defects. The defects are as below. 1.Lock/unlock button is not working. 2.Volume cannot be decreased. 3.Earphone pin is not working. Even if earphone is inserted it always plays in loudspeaker mode.
