[Resolved] Flipkart — redmi 7 pro mobile not been delivered and payment not updated from flipkart side | |||
We have ordered redmi 7 pro mobile as cod 3 weeks before on 26oct19 and later we had been done with online payment for the same but once delviery boy came he told still the order is showing cod and flipcart didnt updated our payment to the delivery person or corrier team. That day itself we have raised complaint to flipcart custmoer service and they told will update your payment and deliver the product within 24 hours.. But we didnt recieve any upadate or product and also we are following up the same and also we are continuosly calling back to back from 3 weeks still we didnt recieve the product. 16 nov they had given last date for resolution and that day no responce and again we called custmore care same had bren post ponned to 18 bu also we are not getting any updates on product or refund Was this information helpful? | |||
