[Resolved] Flipkart — redmi 8 mobile - od[protected] | |||
Hi Sir, I have purchased a Redmi phone in Flipkart and phone hangs continuously from day 1 of purchase. hence we have raised a return request. Flipkart said that they will send their service representative to resolve the issue. however the service representative / technician dint visited our home on 17th Jan and more over we were not at home on that day. Also Flipkart website states that they will send technician on Jan 20th, but no one came till now. when i checked the status in online, it states the issue is resolved. so i am wondering whether flipkart has any magical wands to resolve issue in mobile without physically visiting or inspecting the mobile.
