[Resolved] Flipkart — redmi note 4 (black, 64gb) | |||||
Order id - od[protected] I got the product on 16th sep (Sat night). I made my mobile ready on that night, on the very next day, i faced mike issues in mobile as, other people are not able to listen completely, there is a voice pause for 2 to 3 sec, and i faced this problem in many calls, which is very irritating. Moreover i can not return my product as well, even though i want to return this because of such a poor performance. But flipkart asked me to get it replaced. I did the same on the next day itself (Opposite to my wish, even though i want to return it), tech visit happen, that guy was hardly there for 3-5 mnt, he saw the mobile and made 2 calls from my mobile i told him my problem, he told it will get replaced in 2 days, no worries! But out of my surprise what i am seeing in flipkart while tracking my order they have cancelled my replacement request as well, customer care told, as technician told issue is resolved now, and if you face any issue, visit service center. Which was completely unfair, which made me realize only mistake from my side to do shopping from flipkart. Even though i have been regular customer of flipkart. Those customer care themselves were not able to listen properly while i was talking to them, still they are telling it is closed. Some how they again open the request to replace, but still same process is gonna happen, tech visit n all, very irritating. Kindly return this mobile, refund my money. Did the technician gave you any slip of confirmation about the device is faulty ? If not then, did you asked for it ?
As a customer, you must ask for the proof as there are many of them are scammers out there.
This is the main problem of Flipkart, they always do a lot of cross-questioning, send their so called technician before returning the product back.
On the other hand, Amazon never go through this silly irritating process.
