Dear sir, A crack has developed on mobile handset on its own over a period of time. The handset has not fallen from a height or so. The handset is under warranty. But flipkart has asked me to approach service centre and get the problem rectified by paying the charges. The service centre is demanding rs. 4000/-. My complaint against flipkart is that handset is under warranty. Why is flipkart asking me to pay and get the problem rectified. I requested flipkart to take up the matter with service centre and get the handset rectified under warranty. But flipkart is not ready to do so. I would request you to help me by getting my handset rectified under warranty asap.
