Hello I bought a redmi note 4 from flipkart on 17th march 2018 via Invoice no FABBA[protected]. Its been only 20 days since i bought my phone and now it is giving me a lot of troubles. My phone's display is gone all of a sudden. I will going out of india in 4 days, i will be needing my phone there very much and now its display is gone all of a sudden. kindly look into the matter and replace my handset asap. Verified Support May 06, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer has raised the complaint regarding the display issue. We have interacted with the customer and informed as per the seller's 10 days replacement policy we can not initiate return. Requested to get in touch with the authorized service center/ brand. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
