Hi i purchased phone by flipkart ordered on 15th oct and delivered to me on 17th oct 2017 but item delivered to me is fully dead as phone is available there but there is no screen on the phone and no back cover available with the phone only interior parts available such that only motherboard, camera and all connected with it please help me now flipkart clearly told me that they will not replace my product even i will complaint to police please contact them and help me please my order id is od[protected] my contact number is [protected] plz help me plz my last hope is u
