Order ID: OD[protected] Product: Redmi Note 4G It is regarding the mobile phone Redmi Note 4G; On Tuesday(20.01.15) I was booked this phone on flipkart, I received this product on 23.01.15, when I opened the filpkart packing I saw under the lamination the seal was tampered on the phone box. Same time I communicated my complaint to flipkart toll free no. [protected](Alaina) with reference no.[protected]. Flipkart authority accepted their mistake and committed to replace the product. After so many communication with flipkart, they failed to fulfill their commitment to deliver the replacement by 03.02.2015. Still I am waiting to receive my phone. It is my first order on flipkart, but I got worst experience instead of good customer support. Because customer means “cust me mer” and they mean it. I felt cheated.
