[Resolved] Flipkart — redmi note 5, amount not refunded in my account | |||
I have booked redmi note 5 on 28/3/2018 and i got the confirmation message and they deduct amount from my credit card and after 5 seconds i got the cancellation message that my order has been cancelled and that is from flipkart side so that is not my concern and they updated me that they will refund that amount in 6 day.. Why should wait for 6 days?. I have to buy mobile now. Who are they whose going keep my 12000 thousand for six days. While deducting money they just did it in seconds and why they are taking so much time to refund it. This is status ₹11999.0 as refund will be transferred to your credit card within 6 business days (Bank holidays not included). Was this information helpful? | |||

I order Ikaal N5 tap . The product was recived 20 day before. The tap not power on .I informed filpcart coustomer service more then time but till now no response they site . The product cost of Rs . 5000 . So kindly accepted my complained
